§ 50.06 CONTRACT FOR PICKUP AND DISPOSAL OF WASTE.

The Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute a contract or contracts on behalf of the city for the pickup and disposal of solid waste in accordance with the provisions of KRS Chapter 211, the regulations of the Kentucky Department of Health, this chapter and the regulations of the city.
