§ 50.05 PROHIBITED WASTE DISPOSAL.
   (A)   The compactor unit shall not be made available for disposal of manufacturing or industrial waste materials or other prohibited materials. In addition, no waste material shall be disposed of which is prohibited by state or federal law or which may be considered hazardous material or which is prohibited by the rules of any waste disposal contractor with which the city has contracted to dispose of waste material. Prohibited waste shall include, but is not limited to asbestos, chemicals in liquid form, tires, refrigerators/freezers, brush or tree limbs, debris from the destruction or remodeling of buildings, roofing material or dead animals. The attendant on duty may, in his or her sole discretion, accept or refuse any other waste item(s).
   (B)   No person or business shall have the right to the use of the compactor unit for disposal of wastes unless that person or business resides or is located within the city limits or is a customer of the City Water Department and pays the designated fee.
