Commercial businesses, offices, restaurants, or other profit or non-profit organizations located within the limits of the city may have use of the compactor unit to dispose of their ordinary solid waste materials. Commercial businesses located outside the city but which are customers of the City Water Department may have use of the compactor unit to dispose of their ordinary solid waste materials upon payment of a fee of $25 per year. Other disposal fees apply to outside commercial users who do not pay the yearly fee.
