§ 50.01 PROCEDURE ESTABLISHED FOR SOLID WASTE DISPOSAL.

A compactor unit shall be placed in operation for the disposal of solid waste, service fees shall be fixed, provisions shall be made for the collection of the fees, and penalties shall be set for the violation of this chapter.
