§ 38.07 POWER AND DUTIES.
   (A)   The Mayor and/or City Council may assign to the Planning Commission, any powers or duties or functions relating to urban renewal, public housing or community development.
   (B)   The Planning Commission shall have general powers and duties and responsibilities necessary to carry out its functions in accordance with this subchapter and KRS Chapter 100.
