(A) The classification plan, compensation plan and policies and procedures attached to Ord. 1998-C9-8-1, passed 8-12-1998, are hereby adopted by reference into this code of ordinances as if fully set forth herein as the system of personnel administration for the city. Copies of the ordinance, as amended from time to time, shall be kept on file and be available for public inspection in the office of the City Clerk/Treasurer.
(B) The classification plan, compensation plan and policies and procedures may be waived, altered or suspended only by ordinance.
