(A) This Accommodation Policy is to certify alternative means for the city to provide information, materials, and assistance to disabled individuals.
(B) In lieu of disabled individuals using City Hall, the city offers the following alternatives:
(1) An individual may request that an officer of the city come to his or her residence;
(2) An individual may request that an officer of the city meet them at a designated place; or
(3) The city may make arrangement to provide service at a building that meets disability requirements.
(C) It is the intent of the city with these accommodations to ensure that disabled individuals will not be denied information, materials and assistance as desired.
