The Police Department Policy Manual and Rules and Regulations, including, but not limited to, the official policy manual, the law enforcement code of ethics, domestic violence law enforcement policy, juvenile custody procedures, and pepper spray use and reporting procedures, are hereby adopted by reference into this code of ordinances as if fully set forth herein. Copies of these policies, rules and regulations, as amended from time to time, shall be kept on file and be available for public inspection in the office of the City Clerk/Treasurer.
