§ 35.02 DUE DATE; PAYMENT.
   (A)   All taxes, except ad valorem taxes on motor vehicles, shall become due on November 1.
   (B)   Any taxpayer who pays his or her city taxes in the amount of $1 or more by November 1 shall be entitled to a discount thereon, as provided by § 35.31.
