(A) District #1 is divided into two voting precincts:
(1) District 1, Precinct hereinafter known as “Red” shall be comprised of all of Orange and Highland Townships, including the City of Bayard and the City of Coon Rapids within the county; and
(2) District 1, Precinct hereinafter known as “Green” shall be comprised of all of Dodge and Richland Townships and that part of Cass Township commencing at the northwest corner; thence south to Sage Trail; thence south and east on Sage Trail to 200th Road; thence east to Highway 4 in Section
29; south on Highway 4 to the city limits of the City of Panora; east along the northern city limit boundary to the east half of Section 33 (Utopia Avenue); north on Utopia Avenue to 210th Street; thence east along the southern boundary of the east half of Section 28 and all of Sections 27, 26, 25 (210th Street) to the eastern border of the county; north to the northeast corner of Cass Township; thence west to the point of beginning including the Cities of Bagley, Jamaica and Yale all within the county.
(B) District #2 is divided into three voting precincts:
(1) District 2, Precinct hereinafter known as “White” shall be comprised of all of Union, Seely and Bear Grove Townships;
(2) District 2, Precinct hereinafter known as “Black” shall be comprised of all of Grant and Thompson Townships, including the City of Casey and the City of Adair within the county; and
(3) District 2, Precinct hereinafter knows as “Brown” shall be comprised of Victory Township, except Census Block 190779503002023 and that part of the Town of Guthrie Center lying in Victory Township.
(C) District #3 shall include one voting precinct: District 3, Precinct hereinafter known as “Blue” shall be comprised of all of Jackson Township and that part of Cass Township commencing at the southwest corner of the southern boundary of District #1; thence east along the southern boundary line of said District # 1 to the eastern border of Cass Township; thence south to the southeast corner, thence west to the southwest corner; thence north to the northwest corner of Section 14 (238th Lane); then east along the southern line of 238th Lane to the western boundary of Section 12 (Yellow Avenue); thence north on Yellow Avenue to the northeast corner of Section 2 (Highway 44); thence west along the north side of Highway 44, including all of the City of Panora lying north and south of Highway 44 to the western township line of Cass Township and north to the point of beginning.
(D) District #4 shall include one voting precinct: District #4, Precinct hereinafter known as “Gold” shall be comprised of all of Baker and Valley Townships, Census Block 190779503002023 lying in Victory Township, and the Town of Guthrie Center lying in Valley and Victory Townships, and that part of Cass Township lying south of Highway 44, excluding the City of Panora easterly to Yellow Avenue; thence south to 238 Lane; thence west along 238th Lane and the northern boundary of Jackson Township to the western boundary of Cass Township; thence north to Highway 44 the point of the beginning.
(E) District #5 shall include one voting precinct: District #5, Precinct hereinafter known as “Purple” shall be comprised of all of Beaver, Stuart and Penn Townships including the City of Menlo
and the City of Stuart within the county.
