§ 151.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   Any person found in violation of §§ 151.20 through 151.30 of this chapter shall be guilty of a simple misdemeanor. Fines levied shall be deposited into the Special Account.
