§ 70.99 PENALTY.

   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.

   (B)   Any person found in violation of § 70.01 of this chapter shall be guilty of a simple misdemeanor and subject to a fine as set forth in the current state compendium of scheduled violations and scheduled fines.

   (C)   Violation of §§ 70.15 through 70.20 of this chapter shall constitute a simple misdemeanor, punishable by a fine of $65 to $625, plus the applicable court surcharge and costs and/or up to 30 days in jail.
