§ 52.04 SEPARATION AND STORAGE.
   (A)   Commercial establishments and schools are required to separate their recyclable materials from their other refuse and store them in the following manner.
      (1)   Corrugated cardboard. Material shall be broken down and contents removed and stored for collection in such a manner that it remains dry and clean.
      (2)   Mixed paper. Material may be commingled, and shall be stored in such a manner that it remains dry and clean.
      (3)   Tin/plastic/glass food containers. Material shall be rinsed of all food and beverage residue with all lids removed and discarded.
   (B)   To further the ability of the county to reduce the volume of solid waste for landfill planning areas, corrugated cardboard will be prohibited from the County Landfill or Solid Waste Transfer Station and will be processed through the recycling center as a recyclable product.
