§ 50.04 COUNTY ENGINEER; ADMINISTRATION.
   The County Engineer may make such rules and regulations, not inconsistent with this subchapter, as are necessary to carry out the administration of this subchapter. The utility permit form, and all amendments thereto, shall be adopted by the Board of Supervisors by resolution.
