§ 50.02 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   APPLICANT. Includes a person, persons, company, corporation or governmental entity desirous of placing a utility line on or under the county’s secondary road system.
   BOARD OF SUPERVISORS. The Guthrie County Board of Supervisors.
   COUNTY. Guthrie County, Iowa.
   UTILITY LINE. A telecommunications, electric, gas, water or sewer line.
