If the property granted a variance, special exception or conditional use permit is not developed as allowed within two years of Board action, the Board may, after seven days’ notice in writing to the landowner, initiate action to rescind the variance, special exception or conditional use granted. This can occur only after a public hearing at which time the landowner can ask for a time extension.
