§ 154.123 SIGNS IN RESIDENTIAL DISTRICTS.
   The following signs shall be permitted in Class “R” Districts or platted residential subdivisions:
   (A)   Illuminated signs, bulletin boards and name plates shall not exceed 60 watts and shall be lighted only with indirect, non-intermittent lighting; and
   (B)   Signs and bulletin boards shall be at least 20 feet from the front lot line or not more than five feet in front of main building.
