§ 154.102 PARKING SPACES REQUIRED.
   The number of off-street parking spaces required shall not be less than as set forth in the following schedule:

1-1/2 spaces per each 100 square feet of gross floor area for any establishment other than one with liquor license or beer permit
Boarding, lodging or rooming houses
1 space per every 5 guest rooms
Bowling alleys
5 spaces per lane or alley
Bus terminal
6 spaces, plus 1 off-street loading space for each bus serving the terminal
Churches, synagogues and temples
1 space per 4 seats in the main unit of worship
Convalescent hospitals, sanitariums, homes for the aged
1 space per every 3 beds
Dance hall and skating rinks
1 space per every 100 square feet of gross floor area
Drive-in bank
4 spaces per every teller window
Dwelling, multiple
2 spaces per each dwelling unit
Dwelling, public housing for elderly
1 space per every 4 units

1 space per every 3 full-time equivalent students
Fraternities, sororities and dormitories
1 space per every 2 residents
Funeral homes, mortuaries
1 space per every 4 seats in the principal auditorium
Golf courses and country clubs, except miniature courses or driving ranges operated for a profit
3 spaces per green or 1 space for every 100 square feet of clubhouse floor area, whichever is greater
Hospitals
1-1/2 spaces per each bed
Hotels, motels, motor hotels
1 space per every guest room
Industrial uses
   Industrial usage in the M-1 and M-2 Districts, except as specifically mentioned herein
1 space for every employee, plus 1 space for each vehicle used by the industry
   Wholesale and storage operations
1 space per every 700 square feet of gross floor area
   Laboratories and research facilities
1 space per every 300 square feet of gross floor area
   Machinery or equipment
1 space per every 500 square feet of gross floor area
Lakes, ponds and outdoor recreation facilities
5 spaces for each acre developed for active usage
Medical and dental offices
1 space per every 200 square feet of gross floor area
Mines, quarries, sand and gravel pits, sawmills and related facilities required for obtaining, processing, storing and transporting minerals, raw materials and timber at their point of origin
1 space per each employee, plus 1 space for each vehicle used by the industry
Mini-warehouse
1 space per each 10 storage spaces, stalls or lockers equally distributed throughout the storage area; plus 1 space for any caretaker’s quarters; plus 5 spaces located at or near the project office for the use of prospective customers
