§ 154.058 PARKING AND STORAGE OF CERTAIN VEHICLES.
   Automotive vehicles or trailers of any kind or type without current license plates shall not be parked or stored on any lot in a Class “R” District or platted residential subdivision, except in completely enclosed building or within a side or rear yard enclosed on all sides with a sight obscuring fence.
