§ 154.051 VISIBILITY AT INTERSECTIONS.
All corner lots shall have a visual clearance area in which nothing shall be erected, placed, planted, or allowed to grow in such a manner as to materially impede vision between a height of two and one-half feet and ten feet above the centerline grades of the intersecting streets. A minimum visual clearance area is formed by the street right-of-way lines and a straight line joining said lines through 50 feet from their intersection. This regulation shall not be interpreted as to prohibit the placement of an unobstructed chain link fence or fence of similar construction within the visual clearance area.
