(A) Within any Class “A” District, a farmstead in existence at the time of adoption of this chapter may be severed from the farm. A minimum of two acres per each dwelling unit of the farmstead is required with front yard, side yard and rear yard requirements applicable to the zoning district in which it is located. The provisions of § 154.047 of this chapter relative to water supply, sewage disposal and setbacks shall be complied with in the creation of said parcel.
(B) It is not the intent of this provision to permit the circumvention of the requirements of the Subdivision Ordinance.
