§ 154.025 DISTRICTS GENERALLY.

   In order to carry out the purpose and intent of this chapter, the following zoning district classifications are hereby established:

   (A)   Agricultural and conservation districts: Agricultural Production A-1;

   (B)   Residential districts:

      (1)   Single Family Residential R-1; and

      (2)   Multi-Family Residential R-2.

   (C)   Commercial districts:

      (1)   Highway Commercial C-1; and

      (2)   Planned Commercial C-4.

   (D)   Industrial districts:

      (1)   Light Industrial M-1; and

      (2)   Industrial Park or Heavy Industrial M-2.

   (E)   Urban Transitional District UT;

   (F)   Government Exempt G-1; and

   (G)   Centrally Assessed Utility U-1.
