(A) Any person convicted of the offense of applying graffiti to public or private property within the city as set forth in § 13-83, shall be punished by a fine not to exceed $500, plus costs, or imprisonment not to exceed 60 days, or both such fine and imprisonment.
(B) The penalty for violation of § 13-85 shall be 60 days in jail and/or a fine of up to $500 for each individual violation.
