§ 4-2  DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this article, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   CORPORATION COUNSEL.  The City Attorney of Guthrie.
   MUNICIPALITY.  The City of Guthrie, Oklahoma.
