A person or company engaged in the business of relaying alarm notifications to the city shall:
(A) Send notifications of an alarm to the city by a human operation and it shall be transmitted in an intelligible manner;
(B) Report alarms only over a special telephone designated by the city; and
(C) Furnish the name, address, telephone number and a copy of the license of the alarm systems company licensed by the appropriate state agency, responsible line or lines on a 14-hour, seven-day a week basis for correcting any malfunction that may occur.
