The fee schedule set forth and approved by the City Council is as follows:
(A) Impoundment fee, unrestrained dog or cat without vaccination tag or license attached.
(1) First and second offenses: $20
(2) Third and subsequent offenses: $40
(B) Impoundment fee, unrestrained dog or cat displaying evidence of vaccination or registration:
(1) First and second offenses: $10
(2) Third and subsequent offenses: $20
(C) Impoundment fee, livestock:
(1) First and second offenses: $35
(2) Third and subsequent offenses: $70
(D) Fee to bring an animal to the animal shelter (paid to city): $15
(E) Fee to dispose of dead animals: $10
