(A) The owner of any dangerous building who shall fail to comply with any notice or order to repair, vacate or demolish a building or structure, such notice or order given by the authority of the City Manager, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
(B) Any person removing the notice of a dangerous building as provided in § 151.04 of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
