(A) Neither the subdivision ordinance, zoning ordinance or any other ordinance of the city shall require replatting or obtaining a variance from the City Council when adjoining lots are conveyed as a single unit for a single purpose from a previously legally platted subdivision.
(B) When two or more lots are conveyed as a single unit, the side, interior yard setbacks shall refer to the exterior side of such single unit. Such side yard setbacks shall be five feet.
