(A) Application for permits to conduct public auctions must be made at least 15 days prior to the commencement of an auction.
(B) Application must contain an address of the sponsor, name and address of the auctioneer, location of auction, general description of items to be sold and whether or not auction is for profit or non-profit purposes.
