It shall be unlawful within the city limits for any person, firm or association of persons to:
(A) Conduct wholesale or retail sales operations out of warehouses or storage spaces.
(B) Conduct any kind of business from any building that is unauthorized by the building permit issued for such building.
(C) Maintain or rent space for “flea market” operations or public auctions except as provided for herein.
(D) The conduct of any kind of business from any building or land that is not authorized by a Certificate of Occupancy for which it was issued.
(E) Conduct any outdoor retail sales or outdoor commercial promotion, except for retail sales or commercial promotions conducted in connection with regularly established businesses located in a building at the site of the sale or promotion and limited to products or services normally offered for sale by such businesses.
