§ 112.10 INFORMATION REQUIRED FOR PERMIT.
   There may be up to a 72 hour turn around on permits issued. It shall be unlawful to engage in business as a peddler or solicitor, including a mobile food establishment, temporary food establishment, or as a seasonal food establishment within this city without first obtaining a peddler’s permit. Such permit shall be obtained by registering with the Chief of Police and providing information under oath. Prior to the issuance of the permit, the Chief of Police shall obtain all of the following information and any other information deemed pertinent and necessary for all participants involved:
   (A)   Date of registration;
   (B)   Name of registrant and all participants;
   (C)   Driver’s license number;
   (D)   Date of birth;
   (E)   Home address;
   (F)   Local address (if any);
   (G)   Nature of items or services to be sold or solicited;
   (H)   Has registrant ever been convicted of a felony of any nature or any other crime of moral turpitude and, if so, the place, date, and crime of which convicted; and
   (I)   If registrant is engaged in interstate commerce, some form of proof or documentation must be presented from the corporate office or headquarters.
