§ 112.05  REFUSING TO LEAVE.
   Any peddler, solicitor, mobile food establishment, temporary food establishment operator or seasonal food establishment operator who enters upon any premises and refuses to leave such premises, after having been notified or requested to leave by the owner, occupant or person in charge or control of such premises, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor.
