(A) Whoever violates any provision of this chapter for which no other penalty has been established shall be punished as provided in § 10.99.
(B) Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the provisions or terms of §§ 111.15 through 111.20 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction in the Municipal Court, shall be subject to a fine not to exceed $500 for each offense. Each and every day such violation is continued shall be deemed to constitute a separate offense.
