§ 96.16 MAYOR AUTHORIZED TO EXECUTE AGREEMENT.

The Mayor, or proper city official, is hereby authorized to execute for, and on behalf of the city, an agreement with the State of Texas relating to the repair and maintenance of state highways and roads.
