§ 92.18 DUMPING OF REFUSE, GARBAGE, AND THE LIKE ON ANY PROPERTY PROHIBITED; BURNING RESTRICTED.
   It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to dump, throw, deposit or leave any refuse, garbage, rubbish, trash, leaves, limbs, dead trees or tree trunks or junk on any street, right-of-way or easement, public property or private property within the city, whether or not the same or the property upon which it is dumped, deposited or left belongs to the person, firm or corporation dumping, depositing or leaving it, and it shall be unlawful for any such person or entity who is not a public employee in the course and scope of their public employment to burn any such refuse, garbage, rubbish, trash, leaves, limbs, dead trees, tree trunks or junk on any street, right-of-way or easement or public property within the city.
