(A) The fee schedule set forth and approved by the City Council is as provided for in § 30.00 of the Fee Schedule found in Appendix 1 of this Code.

(C) Any person who violates any of the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a Class C misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by a fine not to exceed $200.
(D) Any person who violates any of the provisions of §§ 90.21(C), (F), and/or (G) shall be subject to a fine not to exceed $1,000.
(E) Any person who violates the provisions of § 90.07(D), relating to abandoning animals, shall be subject to a fine not to exceed $1,000.
(F) In addition to any other fines, fees or penalties provided in §§ 90.30 and 90.99, failure to comply with any of the provisions of § 90.04 shall be cause for the Animal Control Officer, or any person designated to enforce this chapter, to have the noncomplying animals removed from sale area and impounded in accordance with the provisions of § 90.06.

(H) Any violation of any provision of this chapter shall be subject to the penalties established in § 10.99 of the Gun Barrel City Code of Ordinances, provided that fines in individual cases shall be as determined by the Judge of the Municipal Court.
