§ 75.26 AUDIT OF BOOKS.
   The Chief of Police may audit the books of any permit holder to ensure compliance with § 75.25, governing permissible towing charges and fees. Upon request, permit holders shall allow the Chief of Police access to all documentation demonstrating towing and storage fees charged for non-consent tows.
