§ 75.16 RENEWAL OF PERMIT AND LICENSES; ANNUAL FEES.
   All permits and licenses shall be renewed during the month of December each year. A newly issued permit or license shall be valid until December 31 of each year of its issuance and may be renewed at any time during the month of December, which renewal shall be valid until December 31 of the next calendar year. The respective fees for renewal of each permit and renewal of each license shall be as provided for in § 28.00 of the Fee Schedule found in Appendix 1 of this Code. A permit or license may be renewed upon payment of the applicable annual fee and the execution of a verified statement that the information on the original application form continues to be valid. If any of said information is no longer valid, the permit or license holder must present the corrected information, appropriately sworn to, at the time of renewal of the permit or license.
