§ 71.30 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   COMMERCIAL VEHICLE. Any commercial vehicle as defined in the Tex. Transp. Code § 641.001 that is not a passenger car or light pick-up truck.
   VEHICLE LOAD LIMIT. Any axle or gross weight limit as established by Tex. Transp. Code § 621.101.
