§ 70.02 DEFINITIONS.

All words and phrases used in this title shall have the same meaning and definitions ascribed to them in the Uniform Act Regulating Traffic on Highways, being the Texas Transportation Code, or any other state motor vehicle law or city ordinance as may be provided.
