§ 40.20 EXCEPTIONS TO PROHIBITIONS.
   The prohibitions of this chapter:
   (A)   Do not apply to a city or other government official or employee acting within the scope of official duties.
   (B)   Apply only to those prohibitions specifically waived in a permit.
