§ 36.41 APPOINTMENT.
   The office of Fire Marshal shall be filled by appointment by the City Manager, by and with the consent of the City Council. Upon the City Council establishing any such position in the city budget, the Fire Marshal may appoint a Deputy Fire Marshal.
