§ 36.17 OPERATING MANUAL.
   The Chief of the Volunteer Fire Department shall promulgate rules, regulations and operating procedures under which the Volunteer Fire Department shall operate. Such rules, regulations and operating procedures shall be designated the “Operating Manual” of the Gun Barrel City Volunteer Fire Department.
