§ 34.06 QUORUM; ATTENDANCE AT MEETINGS; COMPENSATION.
   A quorum for the conduct of business shall consist of three members of the Board. The members of the Board shall regularly attend meetings and public hearing of the Board and shall serve without compensation. Three consecutive unexcused absences or absence from three meetings in any six-month period shall constitute grounds for dismissal.
