(A) There is created and established a Municipal Court Building Security Fund, here-in-now known as the Courthouse Security Fund, pursuant to Tex. Code of Criminal Procedure, Art. 102.017.
(B) The Courthouse Security Fund may be maintained in an interest bearing account and may be maintained in the general revenue account.
