It shall be unlawful for any person to smoke, burn, or use any other tobacco product in any city building except in those areas, if any, designated by resolution of the City Council. Any areas so designated shall be clearly marked with “Smoking Area,” “Smoking Permitted,” or similarly-worded signs. “No Smoking,” “Smoking Not Permitted,” or similarly-worded signs shall be posted at all building entrances.
