A permit shall be required for modifications to curbs or open flow ditches/channels for access to municipal streets, for which the fee shall be $75. The cost of new construction culvert installation will be an additional $300, plus the cost of obtaining and purchasing of culvert, if installed by Gun Barrel City. If a landowner/developer chooses to install the culvert, it is subjected to a permit fee and subsequent inspection.
