No commercial vehicle (including tractor trailer combinations), the total weight of which, regardless of the number of axles loaded or unloaded, exceeds twenty thousand (20,000) pounds shall be permitted upon the streets and/or alleys of the Town of Guernsey at any time. Excluding those vehicles conducting business within the Town of Guernsey (e.g., trash service, UPS, material deliveries, tour buses, etc.), the driver of any vehicle violating this section shall be cited and subject to the penalty provisions of the Town of Guernsey.
