5-1-6: PENALTY 1 :
It shall be unlawful and, unless otherwise declared in this title with respect to particular offenses, it shall be a misdemeanor for any person to do any act forbidden or fail to perform any act required in this title. (1987 Code § 8-6; amd. Ord. 11-04-002, 5-4-2010)
