4-1-19: NUDITY IN PUBLIC:

A. Definition: For the purposes of this section the word "nudity" shall mean the showing of the human male or female genitals or pubic area or female breasts with less than a fully opaque covering.

B. Prohibited: No person shall appear in a state of nudity in any public place. (1987 Code § 10-19)
